Toi Acid Game begins while the protagonist, Toi, is having a date in a disco with his girlfriend, Zoi. And then the usual mad scientist appears, in this case named Dr. Acid, who kidnaps the hero's girlfriend with the intention of providing amusement to his devilish creations. The round little friend cannot allow this, so he quickly goes to his rescue.

To achieve this, you will have to face four different levels in which all kinds of little beasts will try to make their way. Therefore, in the first stage, the disco, you will have to avoid some raw types, siphons, drinks that fall from above, etc., while desperately looking for the eight dishes that will allow access to the next levels, which are: beach, the pirate ship and finally the "Acid House".
