Blasphemous 2 doesn't break the mold of the genre and instead doubles down into the mechanics that made the first game so appealing.
Unfortunately some elements didn't felt as tight as when it was first released, specially the bosses design which was a highlight of the first game. The Game Kitchen made a solid sequel that definitely could be a little bit more risky without deviating too much of their main concept.

more8bit deconstruction of the Soulslike genre is a welcome experiment regarding gameplay and even from a narrative standpoint Bleak Sword DX is pretty interesting but, there's a lot of QoL from the genre that the game could have implemented in this deconstruction without affecting the game greatly, that makes it hard to recommend even to Soulslike die hard fans.

Curse of the Sea Rats is one of those games with a lot of good ideas, but its execution leaves a lot to be desired. The characters and its fight styles are pretty good but the map and navigation across the whole game is definitely not that good.

Fourattic first game is a great adventure of friendship a-la-Stranger Things. Even if sometimes the mechanics aren't as tight as other games and the story doesn't try anything new, still a fun experience for new and veteran players.
