On one of his many trips, Ulysses, King of Ithaca, is shipwrecked losing his ship and crew. Ulysses manages to swim to an unknown island. There, its inhabitants entrust him with the mission of rescuing twelve maidens who have been abducted by Circe, a wicked sorceress who has frightened the entire island. Circe has the help of minotaurs, spirits, centaurs and a very dangerous cyclops. Ulysses must rescue them before they are sacrificed, and thus have the help of the islanders to return to Ithaca.

Ulysses will have to cross dangerous cliffs and jungles on his way to the sorceress's castle. He will face terrible enemies, from dead revived with enchantments to mythological nightmare beings. With his powerful club he will have to break through mercilessly. Only Ulysses can save the maidens.
