NINJA GAIDEN: Ragebound is a perfect addition to the series. It looks and sounds amazing, and with accessibility options it feels more fair. It's great!

All things considered, though, Luto is a game that I really loved. Its storytelling, atmosphere, and the overall experience were unbelievably enthralling. It lived up to the expectations I’ve had since my first experience two years ago, and I found it worth the wait.

Everdeep Aurora is a chill game full of exploration and puzzles. It has a fun cast of animals to interact with, but the map is very vague and hard to follow.

Antro is a good soundtrack full of Spanish artists you should try out… that comes with a free game. Its message, while important, is played out like a song on repeat, and there isn’t much more substance past that. Just go get the OST.

Aureole: Wings of Hope is a fun twist on the usual side-scrolling platformer game. It has fun characters and a whole new style of gameplay that has you speeding through stages as a halo. If you want a high-speed, challenging experience, this is a title you need to check out. Fortunately, the game does have accessibility options that you can change and enable for times when you get too frustrated and want to rage quit.

Many Nights a Whisper is a thought-provoking game that asks you to meditate on your own thoughts on ethics while also weighing the responsibility of granting wishes. While it could do with more replayability, it’s definitely worth a look!

Blades of Fire was a game I preemptively assumed would be just another soulslike. What I found instead was not only deeply rewarding combat, but also a crafting system that is unlike anything I’ve seen before. These, coupled with the engaging story, create an experience that is much better than I’d imagined. If you’re a fan of challenging games or want to experience a title with original mechanics, then this is definitely one to pick up!

Kemono Heroes is a great side-scrolling, hack ‘n slash title with multiplayer that feels like it’s from the arcade, but only one save slot makes things hard.

Basureroes: Invasion is a side-scrolling game that has a lot of fun stages and characters to play as, but repetitive music and odd gameplay choices make it frustrating.

Sword of the Necromancer: Resurrection is a fun adventure with a beautifully voiced cast. However, the gameplay can stagnate a bit and the summoning lacks something that would help it stand out.

Stars In The Trash is an experience that all pet lovers should try. Besides the hand-drawn animations, this title is incredibly heartfelt but ends way too fast.

Simple and effective. Toy Tactics is an absolute charmer, and one you won't regret picking up!

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutants Unleased isn't the beat 'em up 3D platformer you are expecting; instead, relationships are important, like in the Persona games.

Neva is a stunning game that tackles the themes of parenthood and climate change perfectly. With an immersive soundtrack, beautiful art, and an emotional journey, it's a challenging platforming-adventure that fans new and old will love.

Though hampered by some feature bloat and minor technical issues, Creatures of Ava is a beautiful game about empathy and understanding. The animals are adorable, the characters are fun, and the sound design is top-notch! Yes, you can pet almost everything.

Abathor recreates the experience of playing side-scrolling beat ‘em ups in the arcade, with solo and local and online co-op modes available to challenge. With no save points, this is a very challenging experience!

Scholar's Mate is an interesting entry in the horror genre, blending an eerie atmosphere with escape room gameplay, but its tricky puzzles might not be for everyone.

One Last Breath is pretty, occasionally tense, but always slow, and fails to develop its puzzles or narrative in any meaningful way beyond the introductory sequence.

Verne: The Shape of Fantasy tells an interesting story with beautiful graphics and a charming atmosphere, yet the gameplay can feel a bit lacking and repetitive at times.

CLeM is a really nice game with a lot of emotion in it. Featuring beautiful artwork and a great story, the experience is really enjoyable and it’s hard not to recommend this. This is a must-play for anyone who’s a fan of narrative-driven games, even if it is a bit short.

Outpath is an enjoyable way to spend a chill morning, with its compelling gameplay loop and Minecraft-like world. If you're looking for a casual, satisfying title, this one's for you.

Follow a hideous and tormented nobleman through a slew of very creative and inventive puzzle levels that, quite frankly, everyone should try - Ugly is a hidden masterpiece that I'm confident many will find something to love in.

Summum Aeterna isn't a complete flop, yet it seems to simply take too many ideas from other games and struggles to carve out a concrete identity of its own.

Tenebris Pictura’s creative puzzles and novel psychic abilities are held back by frequent design flaws and a lack of atmosphere. Fans of anything puzzly and occult will find plenty to enjoy here, but there are many more refined alternatives out there.

Despite the needless busywork of some micromanaging and the missions feeling pointless, One Military Camp is a charming and often amusing base builder that's accessible to a much wider audience than some of the more complex titles of the genre.

A fantastic title with a crappy VR port, Call of the Sea VR might just be best experienced on a flat screen to enjoy its maximum potential.

Hunt the Night is a beautiful retro-inspired game with a haunting soundtrack and great controls. It is incredibly hard, so if you aren’t a fan of difficult games that have you challenging the same section, or boss for hours, this may not be a title you will enjoy.

Tad the Lost Explorer is a nice-looking 3D platformer that sends you around the world to solve puzzles, discover treasures, and prove that you are a great explorer. There are issues with some of the puzzles where completing it doesn't trigger the next event correctly, so you may need to replay sections.

Blind Fate: Edo no Yami has unique gameplay elements with a great story and voice acting but is incredibly difficult due to hit-detection issues and repetitive actions during your playthrough.

Frogun is a must-play for 3D platformer enthusiasts that love retro-inspired titles. As long as you come with tempered expectations and expect a collect-a-thon more than fast-paced platforming, you'll love it.

One of the worst kart racers to be released in recent times, lacking decent track design, tight controls, visual flair, fair A.I, and is far from an optimised experience. Hideously broken on almost every level, this is something a “simple patch” cannot remedy.

SCARF is a singer without a voice and a dancer without legs. There were tons of things that could have been great within it, but none of them were capitalised on, and it felt like there weren’t enough resources spent on where it mattered.

Overall, Aragami 2 is definitely my favourite multiplayer experience of the year. It’s a contender for my game of the year, too! It’s well designed, looks great, plays very well and is absolutely huge with tons of replay value! I highly recommend it.

Super Soccer Blast isn’t going to revolutionise football games, but it’s an enjoyable title to master and one that’ll prove a hit at gaming parties.

In its 3-4 hour playtime, GRIS won’t change the way you think about platformers, but with such a beautiful hand-painted art style and haunting score, it’s an exquisite mini masterpiece that heals the soul.

A great little twin-stick shooter that wears its inspiration on its sleeves but backs it up with challenging wave based fun that might easily become an addiction as you try to work your way up the leaderboards.

A solid, if uninspiring run ‘n gun title with some very nice visuals. The game’s length and difficulty make it hard to recommend without reservation but if you are after something a little quirky you might enjoy your brief time with this.

While Oh My Godheads may be fun with friends at a party, it just loses all of its value when it comes to playing against the AI. With the lack of any online multiplayer or real single player, this game loses all of its replay value in a matter of hours.

Rime is a triumph of storytelling and game design. The beautiful hand crafted world is a joy to explore and the puzzles are fun to complete. Stunning visuals and a stellar score, combined with a deeply personal and emotional story create a truly unforgettable experience that will resonate with players for years to come.

Zenith is a game that everyone should give a go. It's charming, funny and just well made in general. Don't let the classic RPG setting fool you, Zenith is one for the books.

There are many things about Ghost 1.0 that I greatly enjoy: its writing is clever and its story is going places that I have interest in, it controls really well and has lots of unique enemy designs. However, its final area is full of almost instant death traps that I died to repeatedly for over an hour before finally calling it and giving up. It hasn’t beaten me, but I need to take a break and come back to finish it with a fresh head after getting through a few other games first.

Usually its great to have a lot of imagination, but in this case, there may be too much which pushes the mechanics of this game out of the solar system, into the unknown.

Randal's Monday is a novel attempt at comedy videogaming, but in messing up the crucial element of a game - that being the interactive experience - it will leave most players frustrated and gagging to play something sensible.
