En lo jugable avanza a un ritmo divertido con mecánicas intuitivas que saben aprovechar el plataformeo, con sencillos acertijos de entorno y musicales, a pesar de ser un juego narrativo se siente como una aventura muy rica en contenido, así como un montón de secretos que nos desvelan más sobre su mundo y nos incentiva a curiosear en su totalidad.

Su estilo de arte es hermoso, creando una atmosfera intrigante y a la vez entrañable. Así como una potente banda sonora llena de encanto que potencia la aventura de nuestros dos curiosos protagonistas.

Song of Nunu est un très bon jeu qui vous permet de découvrir en solo un pan de l’histoire de League of Legends en vous concentrant sur un duo iconique : Nunu et Willump. Que vous soyez fan de la licence ou parfait néophyte, vous pouvez vous laisser embarquer dans l’aventure sans aucun problème. Le jeu vous prend par la main et vous plonge dans son univers bien à lui, avec un équilibre parfait entre sérieux et humour. Bien que le titre n’offre pas spécialement de grande difficulté, nous avons été captivés par son ambiance et par ce qu’il avait à nous raconter. Un gameplay efficace, une histoire solide, des musiques captivantes et un doublage français convaincant, Song of Nunu ne paie pas de mine, mais ne se fiche pas de vous pour autant. En espérant que Riot continue sur cette lancée et mette très prochainement en avant de nouveaux personnages afin d’étoffer toujours un peu plus le lore de League of Legends.

En conclusión, y terminando con este análisis de Song of Nunu. Os tengo que expresar que necesito en mi vida muchos más juegos como este. Y es que este tipo de aventuras siempre tienen un tinte realmente especial. Siendo en este caso un videojuego que saben traernos una narrativa emotiva, unos personajes llenos de carisma, y un universo con una gran consistencia. Que se ha visto engalanado por la experiencia que tiene la gente de Tequila Works en este tipo de aventuras tan personales.

From the beautiful presentation to the fun coming-of-age story, Song of Nunu: A League of Legends Story is easily one of Tequila Works’ best. Fans of League of Legends have had their hands full with Riot Forge’s other releases and they can have another helpful serving of a fantastic adventure game.

Song of Nunu is een kleine game die mij al opviel tijdens Gamescom. Ik was en ben er nog steeds erg enthousiast over. Er gaat heel veel goed, zoals de variatie tijdens het ontdekken van de wereld. Het verhaal zit echt prima in elkaar en de stemacteurs doen hun werk uitstekend. De wereld ziet er heel goed uit en de muziek is prachtig. Jammer dat de muziek zo weinig terugkwam tijdens het rondlopen. Verder mis ik gewoon veel echte uitdaging en kunnen de laadtijden en framerates nog wel verbeterd worden. Ik hoop dat er nog wat updates komen voor de release.

El equipo de Tequila Works ha hecho un gran trabajo recreando un Freljord lleno de rompecabezas con una historia entrañable protagonizada por Nunu y Willump. No es un juego perfecto, pero sí uno que encantará a los fans de la franquicia.

Me he vuelto a sentir como un niño jugando a Song of Nunu. Ese enfoque tan directo de las aventuras de acción y plataformas de antaño, junto a la inocencia de Nunu, son totalmente contagiosas. Tequila Works no sólo ha creado un juego fantástico, sino también una de las mejores puertas de entrada para el universo de League of Legends.

Song of Nunu: A League of Legends Story es la aventura más redonda de Tequila Works. Un juego repleto de buenos puzles, una historia conmovedora y magia. Quizá su duración se quede un tanto escasa o el tono que le han querido dar a la aventura no sea el más propicio, pero se trata de un viaje que merece la pena recorrer junto a Nunu y Willump.

While clearly part of the League of Legends franchise with its inclusion of key characters, you do not need any knowledge of the series to fall in love with this game. The well-designed puzzles and platforming segments are a joy and more than compensate for the lackluster combat. Even with performance issues on the Switch, Song of Nunu is a memorable tale that will leave a lasting impression.

As the story wraps up, Nunu goes from grief-stricken to a hero worthy of being called a League of Legends champion. The completion of that emotional arc hit my heart. Song of Nunu is not the most complex puzzle platformer around and has its occasional frustrations. Still, everything it does is in service of a compelling narrative that’s only enhanced by its unique two-for-one gameplay. Riot Forge’s games have only improved with time, so I recommend trying out Song of Nunu and keeping an eye on its future games like Bandle Tale, even if you aren’t interested in League of Legends.

Riot Forge se suma un punto más en su cruzada de expandir el universo League of Legends con una aventura muy interesante situada en ese universo y que bien podría no estarlo y seguiría siendo un buen título. En una era en la que las aventuras parecen escasear y las buenas ser patrimonio exclusivo de las grandes sagas como Zelda, o recuerdos como Banjo Kazzoie, siempre son bienvenidos nuevos protagonistas para el género, Song of Nunu es uno de ellos.

Un action adventure sincero e divertente che ci accompagna per mano nelle terre gelate del Freljord, per un racconto di formazione di un bimbo con il suo amico yeti. Pescando a piene mani da soluzioni ludiche vintage, la produzione Tequila Works funziona ed intrattiene, senza badare troppo ad una difficoltà tarata verso il basso ed una scarsa rigiocabilità. Preparatevi a partire assieme a Nunu e Willump: il viaggio ne varrà la pena.

Nos encontramos ante una gran historia, llena de emociones, amistad, y valentía, que muestra muchas cosas buenas ante nuestros ojos gracias al dúo protagonista. Aunque la exploración está muy bien planteada, el combate no sigue el mismo ritmo, se estanca pronto y no evoluciona, pero no empaña la vivencia de esta aventura de bellos paisajes, y grandes personajes.

Song of Nunu is yet another great addition to Riot Forge’s growing lineup of games based in Runeterra. The heartwarming relationship between Nunu and Willump carries this compelling narrative, while the linear gameplay along the way is well-paced and engaging. Though performance could be better and combat is a little simplistic, this is an all-around great game that we can easily recommend to any fans of old-school Zelda or someone looking for a high-quality, narrative-focused game that’s on the short side.

Il viaggio di formazione di Nunu e Willump è un’avventura videoludica d’altri tempi, con una trama dalle influenze disneyane e un gameplay che omaggia i giochi d’avventura del passato. Tequila Works costruisce un’estetica che utilizza bene un budget da produzione media e crea un immaginario evocativo, per un titolo che, pur con qualche incertezza, è comunque da tenere in considerazione soprattutto per i fan del mondo di Runeterra. Una piccola sorpresa in fin dei conti che, per via di alcune asperità, si pone giusto in un gradino leggermente inferiore rispetto a quanto emerso finora dagli spin-off di League of Legends.

Song of Nunu es un título simple en esencia, que logrará enganchar por completo a todos los amantes del lore de League of Legends. No es necesario haber jugado al famoso MOBA para poder disfrutar de su historia, aunque sí recomendable. Nos presenta una historia muy cuidada, donde tanto música como entornos son personajes de esta maravillosa historia. Por otro lado, sí que hemos encontrado alguna ligera torpeza en movimientos (como en el combate) y algún que otro pequeño tirón a la hora de cargar zonas nuevas (entendemos que por el autoguardado también). Nada que nos impida disfrutar de este divertido juego que Tequila Works nos ha logrado traer.

Apesar da simplicidade e da linearidade da campanha, Song of Nunu: A League of Legends Story acerta na ambientação e no enredo, principalmente devido aos seus personagens cativantes. A amizade entre os protagonistas é apresentada de forma encantadora, instigando a curiosidade da mesma forma que o enérgico menino é atraído por aventuras ao longo de todo o jogo.

Una aventura llena de momentos que nos sacaran una sonrisa y que hará que nos encariñemos fácilmente con estos personajes, a su vez que suelta detalles sobre el Lore de Freljord con la intención de expandir esta historia lo máximo posible. Y a pesar del cierre de Riot forge, Tequila Works ha conseguido que con la aventura de Nunu y Willump crear un recuerdo precioso que perdurara por encima todo lo demás.

Song of Nunu despierta al niño que llevamos dentro con una aventura narrativa clásica humilde en lo jugable, pero que consigue atrapar gracias al carisma de sus personajes y a una historia llena de sentimiento y emoción. La produzione è comunque consapevole della sua natura (qualcuno superficialmente lo definirebbe un titolo “AA”), proponendo molte situazioni curiose senza però eccedere in virtuosismi fuori contesto. Ne risulta un’esperienza competente e contenuta, decisamente brillante nello sfruttare il materiale a disposizione. Non un titolo indimenticabile, considerato come questo genere negli anni si sia sia arricchito di esponenti di valore e, quindi, alcune situazioni possano risultare derivative, ma è comunque in grado di lasciare qualcosa di importante. Che si tratti di momenti specifici, di un abbraccio o di una canzone, Song of Nunu: A League of Legends Story nella sua imperfezione saprà comunque rimanervi dentro.

Song of Nunu: A League of Legends Story est une nouvelle production réussie de la part de Riot Forge qui étend encore plus le lore du jeu phare de Riot Games. Si l’histoire se termine rapidement, elle reste cependant très plaisante à suivre et on s’attache facilement à nos deux protagonistes. Malheureusement le jeu rencontre quelques difficultés sur sa bande-son et sa VF mais arrive à faire pencher la balance du bon côté grâce à son gameplay et ses énigmes enchanteresses.

Même si Song of Nunu manque de profondeur, il se reprend dans le charme des interactions entre les personnages et tisse une histoire simple, mais intéressante qui vous gardera accroché jusqu’à la fin. Il reste très amusant à jouer du début à la fin. D’une durée de vie d’une dizaine d’heures et peu de rejouabilité, le jeu reste tout de même intéressant à jouer si vous cherchez une expérience cozy ou un jeu à jouer avec vos plus jeunes.

Song of Nunu: A League of Legends Story es, definitivamente, un salto hacia adelante para Tequila Works y una forma de reafirmar esa enorme sensibilidad a la hora de ahondar en temas como la pérdida o la soledad sin perder la chispa de esperanza. No creo que sea el típico juego que llame la atención fuera del interés por el universo de Riot Games, y son unos prejuicios que también llegan a través de una frase que he oído más de una vez sobre el título: «no inventa nada, pero…». La entiendo y hasta cierto punto la comparto, pero tal vez habría que ser más flexibles con el significado de «inventar». Song of Nunu, parafraseo, no inventa nada, pero es capaz de exprimir al todo el potencial de los personajes de Freljord sin incomodar ni poner en demasiados aprietos, pero tampoco olvidándose de dar un mensaje tan bonito y potente como en todas sus obras. No inventará nada, decía, pero a veces eso es todo lo que alguien puede necesitar.

Song of Nunu es una ristra de buenas ideas que se quedan a medio desarrollar. La simpática pareja que forman Nunu y Willump lleva las riendas de un título al que le faltan incentivos jugables, pero aunque la gélida tierra de Freljord no invite a la exploración, es casi seguro que cualquiera que lo juegue disfrutará como un niño de las 8 o 10 horas que dura su campaña.

Song of Nunu es una agradable propuesta para jugar. Si conocemos el universo del LoL quizás la podamos apreciar un poquito más al encontrar y reconocer algunos personajes y/o guiños, pero si somos ajenos a ese mundo también será disfrutable ya que lo fundamental en la historia es la relación de amistad entre los personajes principales. Sus gráficos son simpáticos y su jugabilidad es entretenida, aunque tal vez puede que nuestro interés por momentos disminuya un poquito en relación a las mecánicas.

Song of Nunu: A League of Legends Story: es un título sencillo y corto cuya estética te atrapará hasta terminarlo. Si, además, eres fan del lore de League of Legends, captarás todas las referencias que Tequila Works ha colocado meticulosamente para ti.

Siamo sicuri che Tequila Works non volesse rivoluzionare il genere dei platform adventure, e pertanto non diremo che Song of Nunu è una missione fallita. L'intenzione era quella di concentrarsi su una storia dai toni diversi e più tenui, lontani da quanto fatto negli altri spin-off di League of Legends. Song of Nunu è insomma un'avventura più intima, molto story driven e con qualche combattimento qui e lì a impreziosire il tutto. Non c'è grande profondità di design, né meccaniche stratificate: tutti i puzzle ambientali sono accessibili, così come i combattimenti, e su questo stile procede l'intera esperienza. Un gioco semplice che a volte però diventa elementare e impreciso. Intrigante per chiunque voglia conoscere qualche dettaglio in più su Nunu e Willump, meno rimarchevole per chiunque cerchi un adventure da ricordare.

Song of Nunu tiene todos los elementos de una aventura narrativa con plataformas, exploración, puzles y combates con la que las generaciones de jugadores jóvenes pueden explorar tanto este género como empatizar con los personajes de League of Legends, pero lo hace sin brillar en ninguno de ellos. Quizá es el conflicto entre ese nombre tan asociado a la competición con una historia tan conmovedora como cooperativa entre sus protagonistas, lo que me ha dejado un poco más frío de lo que esperaba.

Song of Nunu es un juego entretenido pero que, en ocasiones, se queda corto en su propuesta. Aunque el juego de Tequila es interesante y se nota que se ha diseñado con cariño, tiene algunas lagunas que han hecho que pueda llegar a ser algo decepcionante.

Song of Nunu is a heartwarming offering out of Riot Forge, despite being so frosty. It’s one of the few Riot Forge spinoffs I can recommend to all ages because of the genuinely whimsical friendship between Nunu and Willump, a boy and his legendary beast. I wish the presentation was smoother, and the developers found better ways to transition between gameplay and cutscenes. Moreover, it's not a long adventure. However, it’s still a solid entry in the Riot Forge universe and yet another example of how many interesting flavors League of Legends and the universe of Runeterra have to offer. If you’re looking for something both lighthearted and heartwarming, Song of Nunu will give you something to keep warm on a winter evening.

Tequila Works and Riot Forge have created a memorable game for those who love League of Legends and its lore. Nunu, Willump and Lissandra all shine at different points while Braum is the same but in a very good way. The game suffers in some big ways, especially in the gameplay but left me wanting more due to its characters, solid story and compelling musical score. The Song of Nunu was enjoyable and has a story that clearly sets up a fun and intriguing future for all of Runeterra and the rest of the League of Legends Universe.

A pesar de su gran belleza y del despertar de emociones puras como la alegría, el anhelo y la melancolía, Song of Nunu entristece al corazón de Freljorn, es decir al corazón de los jugones. Primero porque es la penúltima obra de la interesante saga A League of Legends y segundo porque es un cuento más visual que jugable.

Despite some pretty visuals and endearing character interactions like snowball fights and the little high-five-belly-bounce you do after solving a big puzzle, Song of Nunu ultimately feels quite flat throughout. Compared to the other League of Legends Stories we’ve had recently, it definitely feels much more generic and a little too by-the-numbers. Younger gamers and die-hard fans will find a lot here that appeals, but for anyone else there’s little to get excited about.

Song of Nunu: A League of Legends Story is a cute adventure about friendship with some darker details to flesh out its stakes. Its basic platforming is nothing special, but the few smarter puzzles should make players sit up in their seats at least, and they’ll leave the game with a better grasp of the main characters’ world. It probably doesn’t do enough to warrant much attention from non-LoL fans, but it’s a gentle and accessible game which can be completed in one or two sittings, and very few platformers let you hug a yeti.

But this doesn't detract from the fact that Song of Nunu: A League of Legends Story is the next interesting step forward by Riot in expanding and continuing to tell stories in the League of Legends universe beyond the MOBA. For anyone interested in the fantasy realm, this is a fun way to learn more about several key Champions, without needing to learn the ropes of the popular competitive title. And for younger players, there's a huge amount to enjoy here too. It's simple to pick up and understand, has interesting mechanics and systems, and a vibrant and colourful world. Just don't expect to be blown away by what Tequila Works has built here, because it's, all in all, a very predictable and familiar title buffed with a League of Legends polish.

Song of Nunu: A League of Legends Story fails to be an engaging puzzle-platformer and fails to deliver an emotional, heartfelt story about a child and his Yeti best friend. Considering the performance woes when playing the Switch version, too, this is a song best left unheard.

Malgré ses faiblesses évidentes dans plusieurs départements, character design et direction artistique en tête, il y a un côté chaleureux indéniable dans Song of Nunu avec cette relation d’une touchante simplicité entre le petit garçon et son Yéti gardien. Une candeur spontanée qui va presque devenir plus intéressante que l’intrigue principale en elle-même et l’utiliser comme marche-pied. On garde cependant le sentiment que l’expérience sera davantage appréciée par les amateurs de League of Legends
